Beginning with a preliminary consultation with our client, AV Consulting Engineers, Inc. will assist in determining the appropriate electrical and technology systems that will meet the project’s architectural requirements and economic parameters. It is important that this process be conducted with input from all key individuals.  Our firm will facilitate these sessions, which will result in the best solutions to the project needs as well as:

·     Develop unique methods of checklists and computer programs that help to eliminate errors or omissions;

·     Compare various methods of satisfying project requirements to achieve the most desirable results with minimum investment, operating and maintenance costs, including energy conservation;

·     Produce mechanical/electrical drawings and specifications (contract documents) for construction;

·     Review equipment and material submittals and regularly observe construction to provide consultation to our client, contractors, and owner to insure that our contract documents are clearly understood and followed appropriately.
